Booking, Cancelling & Rescheduling Appointments
You may book, cancel (within 24hrs.) or reschedule therapy appointments independently via our Patient Portal , by emailing info@wpganchor.ca or calling 204-415-3202.
Late Cancellation Fee
Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, a Late Cancellation fee of $40.00 will apply. Cancellations after the cutoff time must be made by calling the clinic at 204-415-3202.
Arriving Late To Appointments
If you anticipate arriving late, please call us to inform us.
Patients arriving late may be charged for the originally reserved service time, or the appointment may be adjusted to a shorter duration, at the practitioner's discretion.

We accept debit, credit, E-transfer, and cash payments.
Direct Billing
We offer direct billing services to most insurance companies however we highly recommend that you call your extended health provider to confirm therapy coverage and requirements before your appointment.

You may also upload therapy perscriptions or any documents needed into the "Documents" section of your Patient Portal.

Parking
There is plenty of street parking available nearby. Weekdays parking costs $1.75/hr and after 5:30pm it is free. There is a complimentary parking on weekends. Yes, we are open weekends! Pay for Parking online here.
