Appointment Reservations:
We strongly encourage you to utilize our secure Patient Portal for booking or managing your appointments, view invoices, accessing or uploading documents, and completing your therapy intake forms. Designed to streamline your experience, it insures efficiency. Following your booking, you will reveive an email confirmation.
For cancellations or rescheduling you can use your Patient Portal up to 24 hours before the reservation time. Beyond that window, kindly contact the clinic via email or text.
Appointments not canceled within 24 hours are subject to a Late Cancellation Fee of $40. To help minimize the risk of late cancellations, we'll send you a text reminder 2 days prior. Simply respond to confirm or let us know if you wish to cancel.
Arrival:
As we don't have reception services, please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your appointment. For security reasons, our entrance door is always locked. Just knock, and your practitioner will promptly welcome you.
Arriving Late:
If you anticipate arriving late, please text/call us. Patients arriving late may be charged for the original reserved service time, or the appointment may be adjusted to a shorter duration, at the practitioner's discretion.
Direct Billing For Massage Therapy:
We offer direct billing to most insurance companies. Find the "Health Insurance" section of your Patient Portal. We highly recommend that you call your extended health provider to confirm your therapy coverage and requirements like Dr. notes before your appointment. Prescriptions may be uploaded through your Patient Portal.
Counselling Sessions:
If you're interested in our counselling services, we invite you to reach out to our therapist via email to arrange a complimentary 15-minute consultation. This consultation offers you the chance to assess compatibility with our therapist. Alternatively, if you're prepared to schedule your 60-minute virtual session, you can easily do so through our Patient Portal.
Upon booking your session, expect to receive a prompt confirmation email. Additionally, on the day of your appointment, you will receive another email containing the session link. For any inquiries, kindly direct them to the therapist directly at rebecca@wpganchor.ca.
Parking:
Plenty of street parking is available within a short walking distance. On weekdays, parking costs $1.75 per hour, and after 5:30 pm, it's free. Enjoy 2 hours of complimentary parking on weekends. Don't forget to download the pay by phone app for added convenience.
