Psychotherapy is evidence-based also called talk therapy, is a type of mental health treatment. The use of psychological methods to help a person change behaviour, increase happiness, and overcome problems. Psychotherapy aims to improve an individual's well-being. There are several approaches that mental health professionals can take to provide therapy. After talking with you about your counselling needs, Rebecca will decide on which approach to use.
After booking your appointment here, a confirmation email including her intake form will be sent, followed by a zoom appt. meeting invite email. If you prefer a telephone session please note in that section.
Payment will be required prior to starting your 60min session (by E-transfer or CC). Pre-paid sessions can be purchased online. Your purchase receipt will include Rebecca's registration numbers.
The practice of massage therapy is the assessment of the Musculoskeletal system of the body. Experts in manual methods that augment physical function, treating and preventing physical dysfunction, injury, and pain while increasing the sense of well-being.
Therapies offered are Deep Tissue (pain), Prenatal (pregnancy) and Stress-Reduction massage as well as Cupping, Assisted Stretching (PNF), IASTM and Acupuncture. Massage treatments are tailored to your individual needs. Common techniques used are Swedish, muscle stripping and kneading, Myofascial Release (MFR), Trigger Point Therapy, low-grade joint mobilization, stretching techniques such as Active Release, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), Golgi Tendon Organ Release/Activation (GTO), Muscle Energy Techniques (MET); and hydrotherapy.
Doctors of Chiropractic are the spine, muscle, joint and nervous system experts. They practice within their scope to examine, diagnose, recommend and deliver a treatment plan that manages issues within these systems without prescribing medication. Chiropractic care can be used in collaboration with other health professionals or alternative treatments in order to achieve the best possible results. Non-invasive, manual manipulations and mobilizations performed to the spine and joints are made to restore movement and function.
Therapies include a comprehensive 1st visit & physical assessment of your area of complaint, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment and treatment plan. Every treatment plan is uniquely designed and patient-centred followed by subsequent follow-up adjustment(s) and management plan review.

My name is Rebecca and I practice virtual therapy exclusively with adults and adolescents (15+). I have a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Manitoba. I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the Manitoba College of Social Workers.
Common themes addressed in virtual sessions are anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges and life transitions. Therapies offered are Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based Therapy.

I’m Dr. Rupinder Singh, better known as Dr. Rup. I’ve long been fascinated by holistic health and the human body. My path to understanding wellness began during my undergraduate studies to attain a Bachelor of Science from the University of Manitoba in 2015. I then decided to establish my professional career by pursuing a Doctorate of Chiropractic at the University of Western States in 2019, while living in Portland, Oregon (Keep Portland weird!).
I understand that wellness takes on a different meaning for every person. I deliver patient-centred, evidence-informed care aimed at reducing pain and returning you to whatever you love, you can focus on the things that make you happy and more importantly, WHOLE.
