Non-invasive, manual manipulations and mobilizations performed to the spine and joints are made to restore movement and function.

I am certified in Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Joint Mobilizations, Dermo-neuro-modulating, Acupuncture, Neuro-Proprioceptive taping . My name is Rebecca and I practice virtual therapy exclusively with adults and adolescents (15+). I have a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Manitoba. I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the Manitoba College of Social Workers.
I work with clients to help them establish goals towards personal growth and relational health while using evidence-based therapeutic interventions. My personal philosophy is that most of our emotional and psychological issues are the result of trauma. Therefore my approach in counselling is trauma-based, holistic, emotion-focused and relational.
